For agencies not on the platform, input their email to send an invitation for invoicing management.

Automatic Notifications
Upon student addition, the system automatically alerts linked agencies (if on the platform) about the enrollment.

Add Number of Invoices
Create invoices using the system automatically alerts invited agencies or on the platform about the enrollment.

Agency Response
Agencies receive enrollment notifications and guidance via email to join the platform for invoicing and enrollment management.
